FAQs

How many letters are included in the prices?
Thirty letters and/or spaces are included in the base price of banners 1-5. Twenty letters/spaces are included in our Style 6. All banners can be lengthened to accommodate more lettering, but additional fees may apply.

What is customized script?
Customized script is the 1" lettering done in cursive style. It is suggested when banners have very long titles. See photo of Style 2. The word "International" is done in the customized script. This option runs $5 per word.

Do all the banners have the white center?
Our standard color is white ~ all banners are made this way. Other colors may be available, but may require a minimum order and additional fees.

How long does it take to get my banners?
Our Styles 1-3 usually ship in 5-7 business days. Our Styles 4-6 usually ship in 12-15 business days. Standard shipping is provided by the United States Postal Service, Priority Mail. The order blank provides for expedited and guaranteed service as well.

Do you make banners for children?
All of our styles can be cut down to fit a child. Please note that a child size banner will NOT fit the standard 30 letters/spaces. The younger the child, the less letters.

What is a re-hooping charge?
During the embroidery process your banner is placed into a hoop to create a flat, taught surface for the stitching. If the wording on your banner is too long to be stitched inside this hoop, the banner is removed from its original hoop and re-hooped. Although the process is not difficult, it is time consuming and must be done with great care so that the lettering on your banner continues to be stitched straight. We charge $10 extra each time we must re-hoop.

Can you print on the back of the banner?
Yes we can! All of our styles of banners allow for us to either print or embroider on the back of your banner. Fees are determined by the style you have selected.

Do you accept returns?
Because all of our banners are made to your specifications, banners may not be returned, exchanged or refunded unless defective upon delivery due to BannersPlus, LLC’s error. Customers assume full responsibility for orders placed via phone.

How long does it take to get my banners?
The short answer is . . . Our Styles 1 – 3 usually ship in 5 – 7 business days. Our Styles 4 – 6 usually ship in 12 – 15 business days. Standard shipping is provided by the United States Postal Service, Priority Mail. The order blank provides for expedited and guaranteed Rush service as well.

The long answer is . . . We make every effort to stay on the schedule outlined below. However, due to extremely heavy work flow, multiple rush orders occurring simultaneously, inclement weather or a much needed vacation, we may at times deviate from the schedule. If you are concerned about your delivery date, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Styles 1, 2 and/or 3

Orders received before noon on Monday are prepared and shipped on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (if necessary) of the same week in the following order.

Rush Shipping orders will be prepared first and will ship Federal Express Next Day. Orders requiring this service will be charged at $50 for shipping and will typically ship on Wednesday for Thursday delivery.

Expedited Shipping orders are next in line and will ship Federal Express Second Day. Usually these orders are shipped on Wednesday or Thursday ~ depending upon current work flow for Friday or Monday delivery. This service is charged at $25 for shipping.

Finally, our Standard Shipping orders will be prepared and shipped via Priority Mail with the US Post Office, which usually takes 2 – 3 mailing days.

Orders received after noon on Monday are carried over to the following week’s production.

If your order must be processed faster than what is outlined above, your order will require Rush PRODUCTION and Shipping. This service level can have Style 1, 2 and/or 3 banners in your hands as quickly as next day if necessary. Rush Production and Shipping is charged at $50 per banner (in addition to the cost of the banner) up to $250 and includes Federal Express Next Day.

Styles 4, 5 and/or 6

Embroidered banners take a little longer to prepare and you should plan on 12 – 15 business days. Orders are “collected” thru Thursday. They are embroidered the following week and finished the next week. They are completed as follows:

Rush Shipping orders are moved to the front of the line and ship Federal Express Next Day in about 10 business days and are charged at $50.

Expedited Shipping orders are completed next and shipped Federal Express 2 day Service. These orders are shipped at the 10 – 12 business day mark and are charged at $25.

Standard orders are completed next and ship Priority Mail with the US Post Office. These orders are usually shipped out prior to the three week mark at the cost of $10.

Embroidered orders that are required to be in your hands in less than 7 business days will require Rush PRODUCTION. Rush production fees are $50 per banner (plus the cost of the banner) up to $250 and include Federal Express Next Day delivery.

Both Federal Express and the Post Office will contact you via email (at our request) that your package has shipped and providing you with a tracking number. If you have questions regarding receipt, we ask that you track the package yourself prior to contacting us with your concerns.

We accept no liability or responsibility for any delays or damage caused by either Federal Express of the United States Post Office.
